Free Auto Insurance Estimate

Use this free auto insurance rate calculator to get a rough monthly and yearly price range for car insurance in Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, or Colorado. Enter your address, drivers, vehicles, and driving record, and the estimate appears on the page and is sent to your email. When you are ready for real prices, Freedom Insurance Group compares policies from more than 25 carriers.

Quick take: The calculator gives a starting range, not a quote. Your actual price depends on the carrier, your exact vehicles, your full driving and claims history, and the coverage limits and deductibles you choose. For exact prices, call (972) 798-3769 or request a quote.

How the Estimate Works

The calculator starts from a base price for liability coverage in your state and adds the cost of physical damage coverage for each vehicle you mark as full coverage. It then adjusts that price for the details you enter:

  • Location: your city within Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, or Colorado.
  • Drivers: the age of the youngest driver, marital status, and the number of drivers in the household.
  • Driving record: at-fault accidents in the last five years and tickets or moving violations in the last three years.
  • Vehicles: the number of vehicles, each vehicle’s model year, and whether it has full coverage or liability only.
  • Bundling: whether you want to bundle with homeowners or renters insurance.

The result is shown as a range because carriers price the same driver differently. The low and high ends give you a realistic window to compare against your current premium.

Liability only

Pays for injuries and damage you cause to others. It meets the legal requirement but does not repair your own car.

Full coverage

Adds collision and comprehensive coverage, which pay to repair or replace your car after an accident, theft, hail, or other covered damage.

Texas Minimum Coverage

Texas requires at least 30/60/25 liability coverage: $30,000 for each injured person, $60,000 for all injuries in one accident, and $25,000 for property damage. Many drivers choose higher limits, because an accident can easily cost more than the minimum. See our Texas auto insurance guide for more on coverage choices.

Ways to Lower Your Price

  1. Compare several carriers. Prices for the same driver can vary widely from one company to the next.
  2. Bundle your auto policy with homeowners or renters insurance.
  3. Keep a clean driving record, since accidents and tickets raise prices for several years.
  4. Choose deductibles you could comfortably pay after a claim.
  5. Review liability-only coverage for older vehicles that would cost little to replace.

Auto Insurance Calculator FAQs

Is the calculator estimate a quote?

No. It is a rough range based on general pricing factors. A quote requires an agent to check your details with specific carriers.

Which states does the calculator cover?

Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Colorado, the states where Freedom Insurance Group writes auto insurance.

Why does it ask for my name, phone, and email?

The estimate is emailed to you, and an agent can follow up with real quotes if you want them.

Why is my estimate a range?

Each carrier weighs age, vehicle, driving record, and location differently, so the same driver can receive very different prices.
