Insurance Center

Multi-State Service Center

This Insurance Service Center is the map for Freedom Insurance Group’s licensed states—Texas, Tennessee, Colorado, and Missouri. Use it to reach state product hubs, practical how-to pages (claims contacts, policy management, glossary), and quote paths without wading through unrelated blog noise. We are an independent agency: we shop multiple carriers for the same risk and explain coverage in plain language. We do not sell fake “save 40%” guarantees.

How to use this section: Pick your state hub first (rules, weather, and forms differ). Inside each hub, follow product guides (home, auto, landlord, flood, specialty) and coverage deep-dives. For an active policy or claim, jump to Manage Your Policy or Claim Contacts. New to insurance vocabulary? Start with the Glossary.

Honest shopping note: Premiums depend on address, rebuild cost or vehicle, claims history, deductibles, and carrier appetite in that state. Comparing identical limits and deductibles across carriers beats chasing a marketing percentage.

State insurance hubs

Each state hub groups the product and coverage pages that belong to that market. Colorado’s service tree is the deepest long-form set under this center; Missouri, Texas, and Tennessee hubs point to the live product pages for those states.

Colorado

Hail, wildfire underwriting, Front Range and mountain risk, HO Coverages A–F, landlord/DP forms, auto, boat, and business guides.

Missouri

Homeowners, flood, auto and commercial auto, landlord/DP, motorcycle, RV, boat, umbrella, and business pages for Missouri addresses.

Service utilities

These pages sit beside the state hubs. Bookmark them if you already have a policy or need vocabulary while reading a declarations page.

  • Claim contacts — how to start a claim and where carrier-facing numbers live in our workflow.
  • Manage your policy — ID cards, changes, renewals, and how to reach the agency for mid-term edits.
  • Insurance glossary — short definitions for deductibles, named insured, replacement cost, and related terms.

What this center is (and is not)

It is an orientation layer: state hubs → product guides → coverage detail → quote or agent conversation. Colorado money pages under /insurance-center/service/colorado/ are written as long-form guides with sibling links; other states use their established product URLs (some live outside the /service/ path but are linked from that state’s hub).

It is not a single national product page. A Colorado HO-3 hail deductible design does not transfer to a Missouri freeze claim pattern or a Texas coastal wind profile. Always shop the address and the form that matches how the property or vehicle is used.

Suggested reading paths

  1. Owner-occupied home — open your state hub → homeowners guide → Coverage A–F / riders as needed → flood separately if the location warrants it.
  2. Rental property — landlord or dwelling-fire path (DP-1/2/3 where linked), not a standard homeowners form once tenants occupy and you do not.
  3. Personal auto — state auto hub → liability, UM/UIM, collision/comprehensive, and optional coverages that match how you drive.
  4. Business / commercial auto — use the business or commercial-auto guides on the state hub; do not assume a personal auto policy fits work vehicles.
  5. After a loss — claim contacts first; then review deductibles and loss-of-use / ALE on your declarations.

FAQs

Which state hub should I use if I own property in more than one state?

Open each state’s hub separately. We underwrite each address on its own forms and weather rules. Multi-state ownership is common; a single “national” page would hide the differences that matter at claim time.

Do these guides replace a quote?

No. Guides explain structure and shopping questions. Binding coverage still needs accurate underwriting data and a carrier quote for that risk.

Where do I go for a claim on an existing policy?

Use Claim Contacts and your declarations page. Carrier claim numbers and our agency role both matter depending on the carrier and line.

Why does Colorado have so many pages under /service/colorado/?

We rebuilt that tree as long-form guides (home, auto sections, wildfire, flood, landlord, boat, business, and more). Other state hubs link their live product URLs—some under different path patterns—without inventing empty children.
